Apple Pie Nicecream
Summertime is apple pie time! How about some apple pie nicecream? Its healthy, nutritious, and delicious!
The Super Food Sneak
Obviously, this nicecream contains apples! Apples are great for you! You know, the apple a day thing… 🙂 Also included in this recipe are oatmeal and nut butter or nuts. These contain great fiber and protein! So this nicecream is more of a complete snack, or meal! Ice cream for breakfast is totally a thing!
Mommy & Me
So I have two little “helpers” in the kitchen. They are super great at demolition, and partial clean up…the licking the spoon kind of clean up! I was getting all set up to shoot a few quick photos, when some nice kitchen utensils came down on top of the nicecream! You can see some of the girl’s “splat art” handy work on the towel! So creative!
I did take the liberty of dressing up this nicecream a little bit by making “apple bowls” for the photos. While this normally would be way more work than I would put into my nicecream eating, I thought it would be fun this time. My oldest daughter loved the apple bowl almost as much if not more than the apple pie nicecream itself! So if you are looking for something fun to serve it in, try out the apple bowls! All you have to do is hollow out the apple, leaving the bottom of the apple intact so your nicecream doesn’t melt out. You can use the apple parts, minus the seeds in your nicecream. Whichever way you choose to enjoy it, I hope you love it as much as we do!
